Named in honour of the building's Gothic Revival style, Gothic Bar sees a reinterpretation of the classic cocktail bar for a modern and discerning audience. 

 

The bar features a drinks list centred around the robust flavours of Eau de Vie with Signature Serves and Grand Classics sitting alongside a curated selection of absinthes. A bar food menu is also available.
